About EPRS
Electronic Packaging Research Society of Malaysia (EPRS) was established in 2013 by Prof. Dr. Azman Jalar to bring together academics, engineers and researchers involved in electronic and semiconductor packaging.
EPRS serves as a collaborative platform connecting academia, industry and government to advance research, development and knowledge exchange in electronic packaging in Malaysia.
Through conferences, workshops, seminars, training programmes, scientific colloquiums and publications, EPRS supports professional development, strengthens research collaboration and promotes the advancement and application of electronic packaging technologies.
The Society also facilitates technical knowledge exchange, encourages the development of relevant standards and guidelines, and provides opportunities for members to network and collaborate on research and industry projects.
